Are we open for online orders and deliveries?

Yes, our transactional website is operating as normal. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards through the secure online card processor Stripe.

Are you open to contact-free collection from your store?

We are open to contact-free Click and Collection from our Malmesbury shop. Tuesday to Saturday between 10:00 - 17:00 where your order can be collected from the table set up in our outer shop hallway. You can also ring through any orders during these times.

How long are current order processing times?

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours.

Our prices?

All our prices are listed inclusive of VAT.

I have sensitive skin, how can I tell if a product is suitable for me?

All our bath & body products have their ingredients listed beneath them on the website and displayed next to them on information cards in our shop. This ensures that if you are aware that you have a sensitivity to a particular ingredient you can choose an alternative.

Are our products tested on animals?

No. None of our bath & body products have been tested on animals.

What postage options do we offer?

Due to Coronavirus and delays within the postal system, we are currently dispatching orders solely by Royal Mail.

Postage is now calculated at checkout by weight to give you the best possible postage price. We are now able to offer 3 different postage options:

- Signed 1st Class

- Signed 2nd Class

- Special Delivery by 1 pm

- Click and Collect

I don’t like ordering goods online; can you take my payment over the phone if I tell you what I want to order?

Yes, we have offered this facility since 2001. Please email us with your telephone number and we will call you back to take your order.

Do you offer a discount on multiple or bulk purchases?

We often supply customers with alternative wedding favors, table gifts for events, and Christmas gifts for their staff. Please email us with your requirements and we will do our best to help.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, we are happy to exchange an item or issue you with a credit note for items bought from our Malmesbury shop if returned within 14 days. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We cannot however accept returns for earrings or bath & body products for hygiene reasons.

If you wish to return an item you have bought online you must inform us by email no later than 7 days after the signed delivery of your item. The buyer assumes responsibility for the return postage cost and proof of delivery is required before we can issue a refund. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days.

What measures are you putting in place for when you can reopen?

We will be installing a hand sanitizer point at the shop entrance and operating a strict one person / one couple / one household group allowed into the shop at any one time in order that social distancing measures can be observed. This means that individuals, couples, parents with small children, and families can shop in a safe environment.

All our soaps and bath products have been wrapped in the interests of hygiene. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges on bath and body products.
